Life of Dignity is a charity organization based in Lisbon, Portugal. We focus on helping homeless individuals, unemployed individuals, drug addicted individuals, and those with mental disorders. Our founder's personal experience with homelessness, addiction, and mental illness inspired the establishment of the organization. At Life of Dignity, our core values are determination, dignity, integration into society, and destigmatizing mental disorders. Our target audience includes homeless individuals, unemployed individuals, suicidal individuals, depressed individuals, and drug addicted individuals. We offer education to the general public about situations in our community such as homelessness, unemployment, substance abuse and mental disorders. We facilitate donations to support our cause, and we encourage people to volunteer.
